About the Role

Centacare South West NSW is seeking a full-time or part-time Psychologist (or Clinical Psychologist to lead and mentor our provisional psychologists), with specific skills and interest in working with children and adolescents and families who need support in developmental, behavioural, learning and mental health issues.

Along with being a kind and supportive colleague, we are seeking candidates with skills including:

  • A passion for supporting children, adolescents and their families.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and to be a contributing member within our leadership team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A recognised degree(s) in Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
  • AHPRA registration (for Registered Psychologists), or endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist (for Clinical Psychologists).
  • Appropriate WWCC and Police Check.
