What we offer
Personalised 1hr Coaching Sessions
One-on-one support to address individual concerns and build resilience. Our sessions focus on equipping your child with practical strategies to manage anxiety and boost confidence.
Creative Group Activities (Max 4 per group)
From nature-inspired art projects to mindfulness exercises, our group sessions encourage creativity and teamwork while promoting emotional wellbeing.
Mindfulness and Wellness
We teach children how to care for their minds and bodies through practices like sleep hygiene, exercise and spending time outdoors. These strategies help create a strong foundation for mental wellness.

About Our Team
Our workshops are led by a team of dedicated provisional psychologists. Specially trained to work with children, they bring fresh knowledge and a passion for helping young people, all under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Our team is committed to creating a warm, supportive environment where your child feels safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. We focus on practical tools and creative activities that empower children to manage life’s challenges with confidence.

Understanding the value of friendships is key to emotional health. We explore what makes a good friend, how to be one, and the benefits of strong social connections.
Self-Care
Discover the benefits of a healthy brain and learn practical strategies to improve sleep hygiene, physical activity, relationships, and overall wellness.
What To Do With Worry
Learn how to break down worries into manageable pieces, speak up when something is troubling you, and apply effective coping strategies in friendships and daily life.

Sessions take place at our Centacare office. Workshops are offered at multiple times throughout the school holidays. To secure your preferred date and time, please make a booking enquiry.
Creative Group Workshops
Location: Wagga only
Dates: Weekdays, 27 September - 11 October
Time: 2 hours per session - Available between 9am - 2pm, daily
Price: $65 per session
Group Size: Small groups (maximum 4 people) or individual sessions

Discover and collect natural objects during a mindful walk, then use them to create beautiful, meaningful artworks.
Weaving Together
Be present in the moment and use your problem-solving skills to create intricate weavings that reflect your thoughts and feelings.
Mindfulness Sensory Bottles
Craft your own glitter-filled sensory bottle to take home—a calming tool to help manage emotions.
What To Bring: Please bring your own water bottle, hat, sunscreen, wet weather gear and snacks. We provide all other materials.
