This course provided an opportunity to spend time reflecting on my parenting and thinking about how I can support my child more.

I now have a better understanding of ADHD and how it affects my child’s development and behaviour and what I can do to help.

Learning about the executive function age was great information. I also leant a lot about how I could communicate better with my children, and why some things that I was doing were not effective at the time.
