If your employer offers Centacare’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP), you can access short-term counselling at no cost to you. This free, confidential service gives you the opportunity to talk to a qualified professional about anything that’s affecting your mental health, whether work-related or personal.
What Can I Talk About?
Counselling is available for a wide range of challenges, including:
Anxiety, stress or feeling overwhelmed
Grief, loss or trauma
Relationship or family issues
Workplace conflict or burnout
Life changes or parenting concerns
Motivation, confidence or social isolation
Career decisions or personal goals
How does it work?
- You do not need a referral. Book direct with us.
- Sessions are available face-to-face or by telehealth
- Everything you say is strictly confidential
- Your employer won’t be notified
