Real Support, When You Need It Most

Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, grief, burnout, or just feeling stuck, our team of warm, qualified psychologists is here to help you feel like yourself again. We work with adults across all stages of life — offering practical tools, compassionate support, and a space where you can breathe out.

What we can help with

With clinics in Wagga, Griffith, Albury and telehealth across the region, support is closer than you think. Here are just some of the ways we support adults with tailored, evidence-based care:

ADHD in Adults

Trouble focusing? Constantly overwhelmed? We support adults with ADHD to understand their brain, build routines that work, and play to their strengths.

Anxiety & Overthinking

Racing thoughts, panic, or always feeling ‘on edge’? We’ll help you find your calm and regain a sense of control.

Autism support

We offer affirming, respectful support for autistic adults navigating relationships, work, and life transitions.

Stress & Burnout

Whether it’s workplace stress, life overload, or caring responsibilities, we support you to reset, recharge, and re-centre.

Low Mood & Motivation

Feeling flat, unmotivated, or disconnected? We help you reconnect with purpose, self-worth and energy.

Grief & Loss

Navigating the pain of loss or separation? We provide gentle, grounded support through life’s hardest chapters.

Life Transitions

From new parenthood to career shifts, ageing, or retirement, we’ll help you adapt and thrive through change.

Parenting Support

Struggling with behaviour challenges or family dynamics? We help you strengthen connection and confidence as a parent.

Relationship & Communication Challenges

We work with individuals to build better communication, improve conflict resolution, and support emotional wellbeing in partnerships.

Self-Esteem & Confidence

Struggling with negative self-talk or imposter syndrome? We help you build a stronger sense of self, set healthy boundaries, and feel more empowered in everyday life.

Assessments & Diagnosis

We offer comprehensive psychological assessments for ADHD in adults.

Tools may include WAIS-IV, DIVA-5, Young DIVA-5, ABAS-3, CAARS-2, BRIEF-2, BASC-3 and more. Not sure what you need? No stress — we’ll guide you through the process and help you get the clarity you’re looking for.
