Mother’s Day Giveaway – Conditions of Entry
1. Promoter
This competition is run by Centacare South West NSW Ltd.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia only.
Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Centacare South West NSW Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens at 4:00 PM AEST on Wednesday, 1 May 2025, and closes at 4:00 PM AEST on Saturday, 10 May 2025.
Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To submit a valid entry, entrants must:
a. Follow our Instagram page @centacareswnsw.org.au
b. Like the giveaway post
c. Comment on the post with their mum’s signature dish they love the most
d. Tag one friend who thinks their mum deserves the prize more
Each valid entry must meet all four criteria above. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified.
5. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive a Philips 2000 Series 6.2 Litre XL Airfryer (Black) valued at AUD $149 RRP.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The prize cannot be shipped to an address outside Australia.
The prize will be shipped to the winner’s nominated Australian postal address via Registered Post with Australia Post.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random using App-Sorteos, a third-party random draw tool.
The draw will be conducted after the close of entries and the winner will be announced via Instagram at 11:00 AM AEST on Sunday, 11 May 2025 (Mother’s Day).
The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message (DM) on Monday May 12.
To claim the prize, the winner must respond with their full name and valid Australian postal address within 7 days.
If the original winner does not meet all valid entry requirements, or fails to respond within 7 days, a redraw will occur immediately.
7. General Conditions
This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
Centacare South West NSW Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
By entering, you grant Centacare South West NSW Ltd the right to mention your name or Instagram handle in promotional material, including social media, should you be the winner.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Philips.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and delivering the prize.
Your details will not be shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for prize fulfilment.
9. Disclaimer
Centacare South West NSW Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or the use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
