Empowering students with tools for life, not just school.

Our SWP student programs are designed to build resilience, social-emotional skills, and positive peer relationships. We support students across the wellbeing spectrum from classroom prevention to individual intervention.

One framework, three powerful ways to support students

All programs under the School Wellbeing Framework link to PDHPE curriculum outcomes and include easy-to-follow guides for teachers. Practitioners are trained in effective delivery and can work alongside school staff. Parent flyers are also provided before each session so families stay informed and supported.

1. Classroom Wellbeing Sessions

These sessions promote positive mental health and help students build everyday wellbeing skills. They’re ideal for introducing topics like emotions, friendships, or online safety. Sessions run for 45–60 minutes and use group activities to make learning fun and engaging.
Spark Everyday Wellbeing

2. Bounce Back Sessions

Bounce Back sessions are more targeted and respond to a specific classroom need, such as managing conflict or grief. They’re interactive and often include follow-up activities. Practitioners may return later to reflect with students and support long-term learning.
Respond, Reflect, Rebuild

3. Specialised Group Work

This type of program goes deeper over multiple sessions. It’s designed to support students with more complex needs or ongoing challenges. These sessions may involve smaller student groups and often include teacher and parent involvement to support lasting change.
