Improved Daily Living supports help people with disability gain practical skills and confidence for everyday life. From personal routines to community participation, our team works alongside you to achieve your goals and future-proof your independence.

What Improved Daily Living includes

Improved Daily Living funding under the NDIS Capacity Building budget gives you access to a range of therapies and skill-building supports designed to help you live more independently.


Therapeutic Supports

Counselling, psychology, social work, and developmental education to support emotional wellbeing, problem-solving, and daily functioning.

Skill Development and Training

Learn practical life skills such as decision-making, daily planning, budgeting, and using public transport safely.

Support for Families and Carers

Training and education to help parents and carers develop skills that foster independence and inclusion at home.

Goal-Based Flexibility

Your funding can adapt to meet your changing goals as you progress empowering you to live the life you choose.
