The Parenting Orders Program (POP) supports separated families to reduce conflict and create safe, workable parenting plans. Our focus is on what matters most – your children’s wellbeing.
What the program offers
Using child-inclusive approaches wherever possible, ensuring children’s voices and needs are prioritised, POP helps parents:
Understand how conflict impacts children
Develop strategies to manage disagreements more constructively
Improve communication and cooperation between parents
Develop parenting plans that reflect children’s needs and best interests
Build or maintain safe, positive family relationships
Who is POP for?
- Separated families experiencing ongoing conflict.
- Parents struggling to follow parenting orders.
- Families finding it hard to agree on parenting arrangements.
- Parents referred by the family court or other services.
You don’t need a referral
Parents can self-refer, or be referred through services such as the family court.
