Support when kids need it most
Childhood can be full of challenges, and sometimes kids need extra support to cope. Our counsellors provide a safe space for children to explore feelings, strengthen resilience, and learn practical coping skills. Where more specialised support is needed, our child psychologists can provide assessments, diagnosis, and tailored therapy.
What we can help with
We provide counselling designed for children aged 5–18, tailored to their stage of development and individual needs. Our counselling can help children to:
Improve emotional regulation
Develop coping strategies
Navigate family changes & challenges
Strengthen problem solving skills
Manage school-related stress & school refusal
Foster resilience and independence
