Psychs who get it
We’re Gen Y. We speak Gen Z (& Alpha!) — bringing serious skills & relatable support.
We’re here to help – no judgement, no jargon
Whether it’s school stress, anxiety, big emotions, or just feeling off, our team of qualified, registered psychologists are here to help. We work with children, teens and young adults — and we’re really good at speaking their language.
Therapy for Real Life
Life as a kid or teen can be a lot. Here are some of the ways we can help:
ADHD
Anxiety & Overthinking
Worried all the time? Racing thoughts? Trouble switching off? We help young people learn to calm their minds and feel more in control.
Autism support
friendships & Social challenges
Friendship stuff can be tricky. Whether it's making friends, keeping them, or dealing with conflict or bullying, we're here to help make things easier.
School refusal, study stress & motivation
School shouldn't feel overwhelming every day. We help with the stress, pressure, and lack of motivation that can make school feel too hard.
Emotional regulation & big feelings
Low mood & confidence
Feeling flat, stuck or not good enough? We help young people find their voice, build self-worth, and start feeling more like themselves again.
Behavioural issues
If things feel out of control — at home, school, or anywhere else — we work together to unpack what's going on and find better ways to cope and connect.
Parent-child relationships
Sometimes it's not just one person struggling — it's the dynamic. We support healthier communication, stronger bonds, and more harmony at home.
Grief & family changes
Loss, separation or change can hit hard. We help young people process big life shifts, hold space for their emotions, and find steady ground again.
Assessments & Diagnosis
We take the time to really understand how your child or teen thinks, learns, and sees the world. Our assessments help uncover what’s going on, highlight their strengths, and guide the best support — so they can feel more like themselves again. No judgement, just real help.
We offer assessments for:
- ADHD & Behaviour (focus, impulsivity, regulation)
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Learning & Educational Needs
- Cognitive & Developmental Understanding
- Emotional & Social Challenges
About our Psychologists
Our psychs are highly qualified and seriously good. As Gen Y professionals, they’re relatable, switched on, and tuned in to the world young people live in today. That means better conversations, stronger trust, and support that actually makes sense. No awkward vibes — just real connection that clicks.
Therapy that speaks their language
Whether you’re reaching out for your child or you’re a young person looking for support yourself, we’re here. No pressure, no jargon — just real help that connects.
