Our Graduate Program offers a supported, hands-on pathway for early career clinicians ready to make a difference. You will learn, grow, and contribute to real outcomes for children, young people, families, and communities across South West NSW. With structured support, supervision, and meaningful placements, this program helps you step confidently into your profession.

Eligibility & How to apply
We welcome applications from early career clinicians who are ready to grow, learn, and contribute to community wellbeing.
Eligibility includes:
- Provisional psychologists, counsellors, or social workers entering early practice
- Psychologists holding full AHPRA registration by 1 February 2025
- Social workers and counsellors eligible for full AASW registration by 1 February 2025
- Individuals motivated to work across community wellbeing, mental health, and family support

Centacare South West NSW
