A message from Codie

Having based myself in Melbourne, I decided it was time to move back to my hometown Albury to fulfill a passion for improving access to mental health services in regional and rural areas. Joining Centacare made sense as I believe they are the right organisation for me to reach this goal.

In my therapy space, I aim to provide warmth, honesty and genuine connection and believe that in order to make progress you need to find a good fit with your psychologist. This is at the forefront of my psychological practice.

An advocate for work-life balance and self-care, in my personal time you’ll find me paddle boarding with my dog, training in Muay Thai, cooking or spending time with friends and family.
