To assist with meeting the growing demand for our services, Centacare are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join our inclusive, supportive and collaborative team in our Albury Office.

ADMINISTRATION DUTIES

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, maintaining high-quality customer service.
  • Provide administration assistance where required and ensure tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Contributing to weekly, monthly & quarterly meetings assisting team to update systems and processes if required.
  • Filing and record management including data entry.
  • General office administration and assistance with other varied tasks as required.
